Dear Sir,

We connected the HM 2007 (SR-07) circuit on a breadboard. We have also connected pin 26 from the RAM to Vccand got rid of the resistor and capacitor also. We find that there is no output to the 8 segment LED displays when the power is turned on. When power is turned on, The segment displays show both zeros and when the keypad is pressed, there is no change in the displays. However, the red LED connected to the HM2007 chip lights on, although it does not turn off upon pushing any buttons in the keypad. We built the keypad with the keypad circuitboard given to us.

It would be helpful if I could have your email address and/or phone number since it will be easier to communicate.

The project is due tomorrow so if you could please get back to me as soon as possible.

Regards

Arul Bhaskar

hello,

I have been working on the same circuit , but cant get it right . My display board does not react to the keypad. So i don't even know if we are getting any output from the chips , In the beginning our LED on HM2007 chip lights up but it doesn't turn off on pressing the keys from the keypad. i have made the circuit again many times but still no response to the output . our chips seem to be fine . I am as close as to throw the circuit .please help me out . Also if there is anything else we need to connect or not to connect other than the main circuit schematics. one more question do i need to connect HM2007 chip to latch and RAM . . I have connected the HM chip to the latch as well as the RAM according to the circuit . pleaseeeee help me out as soon as possible
